Everything from the case that I have read looks like CCGI is just trying to stop JNSH. I know I am not a judge but if the filing is just to stop someone from doing the work means they had the contract first. Like they say "FIRST IN WINS" and the first one to the finish line was JNSH dated April 17th and CCGI was April 25th looks like JNSH is the clear winner in my book
