I hope so. I certainly didn't get a warm fuzzy from the CC. I know they can't tip their hand if they have one. I got the impression that the DOJ is open to negotiations if AA/US has something to bring to the table and AA/US say that the are open to negotiate if DOJ has something to bring to the table but niether are willing to bring anything first. From my understanding of what has been said they are more than willing and preparing to go stright to court without negotiations. They also say the DOJ really has no merit yet 6 states plus DC say the same exact thing. Obviously there is something to be seen or so many people wouldn't see it. What are they not telling us or what are they not seeing that needs to be seen? I could be way off base here but it is my humble opinion anyway.
