It could be the market makers pinning it down, just a really wild guess.

When the pps goes from .06 to .055 for 1000 shares, doesn't that make you scratch your head?

1000 shares = $55

$55 doesn't warrant a .005 decrease.

That's why this can't be restrained, we keep bouncing every time they try to scare people out of shares.
