The 10q say the will issue 10 million shares at 70 cents a share or make adjustment if the pps isnt at 70 cents or above, they will have only 2 choices--issue a pile of shares or simply do a 200 or 300 for 1 reverse split which will put the pps at 70 cent or above. they can do a reverse split, no skin off the companys butt and a lot off ours
