Fully reporting companies are companies that are audited and trade on either OTCQB or OTCBB tiers. ANSU is on OTCMKTS and is considered PINK No Information. They are not audited and do not report to the SEC. Any uplisting they mention would be to to these tiers, but not NASDAQ, lol they haven't had any revenues after 6 years of incorporation.
