I wasn't following the conversation about someone buying 1.8 million shares.

I checked and see the trade at 12:15.

I generally think it takes a $10k trade to move the PPS on a low float stock. Which would have been a 870,000 share trade - it is safe to assume this isn't one.

Although it was a substantial trade just not enough juice to get it moving.
