So, you do not get an email from APS until you subscribe...when you subscribe you get emails that tell you that at any time you can unsubscribe and they will stop sending you emails.
I have not signed up for any other emails and I have not received any promo emails from any other penny stock pumper. I guess some people do get them?
I get spam from companies and "people" I have never heard of before and I just delete them as I am sure most people do.
I have never thought about taking them to court nor do I intend to open an email and do what they say I should do for my sake or their own.
APS does not send an email until you sign up for them and want to get their email to know when they will promote a stock.
I do not see what is wrong with that on their end. If I was to get emails from other promoters from signing up with them it is my choice that I signed up with them and therefore take that risk that they may use my email. Sort of like other companies that do that. When that happens, delete and or unsubscribe. No need to spend all day and night on a website saying how they need to go to jail for it. I never gave them money and they never took my money.
I think they have every right to pump XUII and others. They are not taking my money or using my money in any way. They say these are "forward looking statements" and we assume all risk.
I know these are pumps and dumps but can still play or not play at my leisure.
