Another reason it looks so quiet is because they can't talk directly about the research they're doing. The clinicals, the trials, the products in development, the discoveries etc... You can't have this information publicly available if it's going to be submitted for FDA approval. This is required to stay private and out of the public eye for the sake of keeping bias out of the determinations done at the FDA.

Patience is key here and this one will pay off
