The Company ended the quarter with approximately $3.9 million in cash and cash equivalents.

Based on 33.26 million shares outstanding, that's $0.117 per share.

With the current stock price of $0.25, the business itself is valued at about $0.133 per share or $4.4 million.

The one thing I didn't care of in this report was any mention of backlog or real guidance numbers.
