Spencer ... finishing down is just accumulation. If you knew that a stock was going to take off in the near-term and you could buy shares at a low price and you have no ethics/morals/effective regulating body, wouldn't you? I am just surprised that they haven't shaken the tree to get more weak shares. I have buy orders in at .05, .048,. 046 just in case that they try it.
