For those who recall how I came to this board and how I came to learn of PPHM through several broker friends as a stock to simply trade on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. By doing my Due Diligence I have come to believe in this stock over the past 6 months or so. That said, I have just over 30,000 shares with an average cost of about 1.30/share. Basically, I have drank the KoolAid so to speak. I am long on this stock and plan to keep it for "a while". I say "a while" because I could sell tomorrow, next month, or years from now. It all depends on my DD - and what info I have gleaned/learned/extrapolated from all the tidbits of information I can get my hands on. That said . . .

The thing that bothers me MOST about this stock is the BOD - and, specifically, CJ and his track record. The track record does not bode well with yet another example from a company that he sits on the board with - Ecotality,Inc. (ECTY). The stocked tanked on Monday, badly! Product launch postponed indefinately, no longer funded by Govt, may file bankruptcy. Read for yourself!

Carlton M. Johnson sits on the BOD of Ecotality, Inc. I follow ECTY. Their stock tanked major in the last two days. I also follow (and am heavily invested in) Cryoport, Inc (CYRX) and this company is also in dire straits with a share price of $0.25.

You read the article, and convince me that the handling of all this bad news in one "fell swoop" could not have been handled differently. Tell me the BOD was not aware of any of this prior ot the hammer dropping! Tell me he is watching out for the shareholders. Tell me he is going to get to the bottom of this!

I could say the exact same thing about Cryoport, Inc. In fact I will because may apply to Cryport as well. Tell me he is watching out for the shareholders. Tell me he is going to get to the bottom of this!

Should I go on about Roswell and Mr. Eric Swartz as well. That track record speaks for itself as well.

I am almost done ranting. . . Please bear with me.

I have spoke to several of my Broker friends (5) and they all tell me the same thing - they are not able to, do not want to, and will not stick their neck out to promote a stock like PPHM with the board the way it is. In fact - I received just an hour ago - a phone call from one of my "Broker Friends" asking how Mr. Johnson was sitting in my gut since Monday. They were gloating since I am talking to them about PPHM and the potential I see. They continue to CAUTION me.
