It may NOT be a buy out, there is plenty of good news for us to hear. News could involve "new equity investments, strategic partnerships and other sources of non-dilutive funding, including government grants," Phizer paying off WITH damages! All of this is great news. Of course a buy out is sexy and quick money is made.
BUT is selling to the highest bidder, after all this time, is that what ILNS is really about?
ILNS PPS has been held down and just plain and simple undervalued for far too long.
