yeah, all companies are like that....but they only use more if they dilute...

Balmoral ain't diluting....and the FLOAT IS SO THIN at only 85m shares, it's a joke...

Any decent volume and this goes to 80 cents in a day...quickly.

DGC will buy this company eventually for $2-4 per shares...watch
