Yes, USPTO will respond quickly on the matter and will sink activision's msj before it even gets heard. PPS will spike back up, but the real catalyst is yet to come. I have bought all I can before VRNG RR ruling, so why not let that info our now:). Don't be surprised if you see a settlement by end of year. Who would have thought we would have bought more in the low 20's? Laughable, but hey, buy when others run on bad intel/fear. IMO, .44c by sept. 1, 1.90+ after settlement. GLTA
