Jack, Please explain why the company intends to do a R/S. How does the company or its management benefit from doing a R/S? Please realize, if a R/S is done, the number of shares (now 5.1B) gets divided by the same factor as the PPS multiplier, as the market cap does not change. The only way I see a R/S benefiting the company is: if they want to join Nasdaq, which requires a $1.00 PPS minimum, or gain interest from institutional buyers which generally require a PPS of $5.00 or more. Such R/S multipliers would be very severe. The only way to increase the market cap is to increase net income or do a share buyback, better yet, doing both
