I was thinking more of utilities would not own the solar cell electricity, and might have to pay out to have to use it, particularly utilities do not like any source of emf that enters their lines (without them knowing of it). Their crews in a power outage, could encounter stray EMFs that are life threatening during repairs.

Utilities usually have a monopoly on power line generation in their assigned market, and are very protective of it.

Thus, utilities might decide to take up the roof top lease solar cell market.
TSLA has to now face organized state associations of car dealers, that do not want state auto sales venues (dealerships) changed as the only way to legally sell retail as a business.

i have no idea of the legality of all this for SCTY, but something to keep up on?
