Nuketheshorts, I agree. The wait won't be much longer for Part 1 of commercialization. Two years or less from now, when Part II (quantum dot tandem cell) has been unveiled for market consumption, Natcore will have become a household word and everyone will wonder why they ever bothered posting about the daily ups and downs on the TSX Venture or the OTC board.
Selling is happening now because the pp is at 50 cents per common share (with 80 units of 50,000 up for grabs), with warrants to buy 50,000 more per unit at 62 cents for three years. A great bargain if you have $25,000 or more to spare to get in on the deal.
Once the financing closes, the waiting and ups and downs will continue until year-end, when the first commercial products are to be ready for market. So not much to do but wait until then.
