I would bet you the fortune I lost here that, that would/ will never happen. "IF" LM stepped up and did I would mortgage (Ok not really) my house to follow. As I pointed out 'IF" she believed what she wrote should would buy stock (you would have to HATE money not to) BUT, I am throwing the BS card on her and calling Shenanigans on this letter for what it is Horse SH-T. ANYONE who changes a vote based not that BS letter with NO, I say again NO acton on her part to buy in when she believes

"we have significantly changed our business and we believe that we are now poised to achieve further successes"

and

we will be well positioned to either 1) pay it off in full with proceeds from the business or 2) find an alternative investor to take on all or a portion of the debt owed.

If that is me as a CEO I buy a ton of stock because I am going to buy my own mountain in Co to ski on with all the cash I am gong to make on stock.

Empty words with no acton to follow and she has NO skin in the game but to lose her job and live on her dividends from the money she invested in scan buy (Ok that last part is just a wild guess and I have no proof that she is ) but you get my point
