I don't know that we are going into one. es1 made a comment saying Kim could have already filed one as early as july 16. If that is the case we could see something this week about the filing. I think it would be foolish to for Kim to file now, or anytime after the week of the 16th. Without getting the PPS a little more stable.

The only thing we are fairly sure of is that he needs to get it done in order to make any significant step forward. Most likely anyway. Kim could have something else going on we don't have a clue about.
