FISCAL COUNCIL SITTING MEMBER RESIGNATION
Rio de Janeiro, August 13, 2013 - HRT Participações em Petróleo S.A. (the "Company" or "HRT") (BM&FBOVESPA: HRTP3, TSX-V: HRP) hereby announces that Mr. Jaime Luiz Kalsing, sitting member of the Company's Fiscal Council, elected in the Company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on April 29, 2013, presented the Resignation Letter from his position as sitting member of the Fiscal Council of HRT to the CEO of the Company, Mr. Milton Romeu Franke,.
The Company also informs that Mr. Arnaldo José Vollet, Mr. Jaime Luiz Kalsing's alternate, had already presented its resignation to its position on July 19, 2013.
