If Ms Tyson only gave me the info., and she's choosing not to give the same info to other interested parties/owners, then she has shared "material, non-public" information. BY CHOICE.

This information has possibly changed at least one owners outcome here, mine!

IF this is the case, Ms Tyson, her Firm, the BK trustee, will all be held to the fullest extent of the law.
