I don't pay much attention to charts, especially on penny stocks. I look at fundamentals. To see a virtual startup company allready making these kinds of profits is pretty impressive. Usually, you have to lose money for quite awhile when you're trying to grow this fast. The issuance of new shares to grow(or pay down debt) is just part of the necessary process. Phil has made some mistakes for sure, but that is why you can buy this stock so cheap right now. I got a long personal EMail from Phil where he admitted his mistakes and promised not to repeat them. Look for conservative guidance in the future.
