Interesting quotes in the links below. I haven't seen the whole transcript but the quotes point to "a dialogue" on reforming the justice system and a handing over certain criminal matters to states. It is entirely possible by 2014 election cycle, other states may follow CO and WA in recreational legalization. Already, almost half the Nation's states have legal MMJ.

Truth is, the recreational, THC market isn't where the real money is in the weeds. It's not even the medicinal market. It's the industrial applications; plastics, fuels, textiles/apparel, building material and just so much more. MJNA has the hemp connections and could easily be approached by a manufacturer to purchase large quantities of hemp or even just straight bought out.

So many possibilities. The Holder stuff is only a snowflake in an avalanche.
