The grounds was complete bullshit...show me someone that bought shares based on media credits....however it's smart business to SETTLE....right-wrong-victory-defeat takes a back seat to MONEY...if it's cheaper to settle? YOU DO IT....JBI settled....and settled for SHARES....3 million....less if the stock is higher....the shares get sold....the proceeds go to shareholders......pretty much a DIVVY...EGO and PRIDE have no place in court.....just Settlein'
