It means it is something I've looked at and will attempt to buy - I will starting putting the price at which I like it.

I post them so I don't have to hunt thru my notepad since I look at so many symbols.

I never go over $100 on any 1 ticker so I don't get nearly as stressed as others who are putting down thousands - this means I can let them sit as long as they need to.

My style isn't right for everyone but it works well for me.
