At this point Gary is loading his anti-shareholder guns with both the Billion share increase to the AS and simultaniously seeking approval to run thru an RS -

This is turning into a share selling operation with a lil lil bit of science thrown in to keep the game going.

I think it is clearly time for new management to get this thing back on the right track - Gary is beholden to his buddies who will suck us shareholders dry if they can make a dime.

JMO as a long long time shareholder who has had enough of the BS.
