1. Herzog defaulted Vistagen SPA, time and again.

2. SEC Suspended Stock because company issued false and misleading PRs

3. Company last traded for 2 cents because it's unaudited non-reporting shell that has delusional liar CEO printing shares and pretending to be involved in deals.

4. Shares headed for Grey Market for sure.

5. There has been years for BGMO money to talk, and all it said was "Herzog's words aren't worth spit".

6. VistaGen doesn't matter -- Herzog getting smashed to ground because of false financial information reported to SEC.
