Since I am tracking some of DSS' other investments I am following specifically the VA case V. Salesforce. This came out post scheduling conference. I will post more complete info when available to keep updated. I think this will be the model for when we bring SF back into the fray IMO.

"Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Rodney Gilstrap and Judge Roy Payne: Scheduling Conference held on 8/8/13. Counsel for the parties appeared and were asked if they consented to a trial before Judge Payne. The parties were then given Markman and jury selection dates. The parties were directed to meet and confer regarding any changes to the Courts scheduling order and discovery order, and the parties are to submit the proposed orders within 14 days of the conference.
