AEYIF: one for 10 reverse split. Any fractional common share resulting from the share consolidation that is less than 0.5 of a common share shall be rounded down to the next nearest whole number of common shares and any fractional interest that is 0.5 of a common share or greater shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number of common shares.
