Orange County Circuit Court.....Wayne Kalish and Associates LLC vs. Mindpix Corporation. Lawsuit filed on 4-13-13. Wayne Kalish is suing. Listed defendants are Mindpix, EMAX Media Group, Entertainmax Inc, Trade International Corp (formerly known as Emax Worldwide), and Roxanna Weber (head puppeteer). Seems Wayne was hired by MPIX and Roxanna to be CFO and MPIX and Roxanna stiffed him. My little birdie is pretty smart. Question is why didn't the Rick and Vic puppets disclose this lawsuit to shareholders?
