PharmaSphere, which could have gone into the medical marijuana business, was a subsidiary of TerraSphere, which Converted Organics sold for $5 in December, 2012, to a group likely run by Gildea family members and business associates.
Since FNJN doesn't own TerraSphere, it isn't in the medical marijuana (or regular marijuana) segment.
