You have the same Public Service Announcement on every APS play. I think everyones aware by now promos are basically engineered to rise money for the insiders/promoters to dump shrs off to the gullible. But yea there`s probably some new soul out there who thought he won the Lotto about 2-3wks ago when he bought in at around .50+ thinkin $1+ soon.
