your response has nothing to do with what i posted.

I said the patent (filing) contains both.

and That the NEWSTAR CONTRACT is 5yrs beginning in 2011 so unless you have a filing of where this contract was cancelled (a material event) then it runs until at least 2016!

I dont see a problem other than all the extra conjecture.
