The run can start at any moment. The big boys are still convinced that they can shake more shares loose from weak hands though. This is probably true considering the scared nature of many retail investors. It's amazing how much confidence a little knowledge and an education can give a person. Sadly this is not the case as many of these retailers will repeat a well known trend and sell the position that their friend recommended without any DD of their own. Their friends will of course go on to profit wildly while the weak lick their wounds.

The run will start out of nowhere and before the retail public can recognize the catalyst.
