anyone think we'll see a really good move today?..

...granted it's early and it always seems to take ERHE investors a day or two to really react or mobilize funds, I guess,

...but even if you don't take much stock in what 2IRAs posted, you have to admit that there's some pulpy juice in there more substantive than the more typical KoolAid...whether poisoned or no (for those who remember that the term "drinking the KoolAid" comes from the Jim Jones story).

And what succulent, flavorful juice it is...we get to learn about the imminent PSC in the EEZ, tick tock, tick tock, which is only a few clauses and semantics away and expected to come to a close in early August plus some Africa time!!

ERHE would not be pushing forward the PSC in the EEZ if it didn't have the funds to do so...on the contrary, it would delay for as long as possible ... possibly as it may have done in Chad. And yet we have Chadean oil exploration activities going on too and a swanky Kenyan office on top of that.

That's not the behavior of a company on the brink of having no cash...

...in my opinion, they have locked in a "floor" of sorts with the LOI...it's their fall back position in case shopping around doesn't work for them...but then why wouldn't shopping around work for them? With each new well in adjacent block drilled and showing oil, the suitors up their bids.

but with a "floor" ERHE can be confident that it will be getting enough money to send the trifecta...nay, the quadfecta into motion.

Now granted none of this is concrete enough to say anything definitively, but I think good info for shrewd investors looking to get in at a low enough level...

...and then throw on top of that, I want to know what happened to Block 5!!! Did we get some serious money vis. a vis. Oranto for it or not!?!?!

10Q may just provide the info we need...but will investors wait for it and buy after the fact or try to get in early?
