Any stock in the past that I have owned that has given stock as a dividend it was the closing of the market on that said day, so if it has been stated the 12th then tomorrow at market close those who have vdsc shares will get the dividend so if you purchase shares at 3:59 est time you are entitled to this divi , as long as the shares show in your account.
