Do you know the times when you were TOTALLY ALIVE - full of joy/contentment/fulfillment. They are always when you were COMPLETELY in the PRESENT MOMENT.

Yes, I have found what I was looking for. Spirituality/Meditation has enabled me to live a fuller/joyful life in the present moment where I find the deep connection to the divine within. I have not only found Jesus but my heart has grown to make room for Buddha, Allah and Krishna in it too! :)
