I've spent a good deal of time reading the brief this morning. I think the Matthews firm makes an excellent presentation as to why the lower court erred. By the judge relying on Tmob's expert the court erred, when there was conflicting testimony. I think Calypso has a really good chance of getting the lower court overturned. I can't see how the Appeals court can validate the lower court on all the issues presented by the Matthews firm.
