I was just about to post the same thing so let me quote nathanial just in case you missed that:

Someone saw on L 2 this week the exact same size trade as the form 4 purchase during the trading day. Coincidence? I think not. Looks like open market purchase to me.



Unless private purchases show up on L2, it was open market.
