The quote is..."Once the patent is published people will have a better understanding of our thought process in the development of Prurisol and how we accomplished making the new compound." So if this is the reference you are talking about it seems that it is not strategic in the sense of business planning as much as the developmental process that evolved from the use of an existing molecule.
