As a rule, a Management of a Company has an interest to put value on the Company which of course will be reflected on a higher stock Price. With DECN I ask myself who is afraid of a higher value?

Actually looking at the filings I see, that the Company is financed through the sale of Shares or better said, those financing the Company are getting Shares to cover their Investment.

But then both should have a vested interest in a higher stockprice.

A) The Company of course as they would have to issue less Shares and
B) Those doing the financing as they would get a better return on their Investment.

Which way I look at it, the pattern of this stock does not make sense to me. No premium attached to a possible positive outcome, no premium attached to a "possible" other Business plan on the contrary, the stock trades at a Discount.
Could it be, that due to this pattern, some Small-Cap Funds investing in Risk-business (betting on outcomes) are not taking a Position as they have a Feeling, the Management has no interest in a higher stock Price? Whenever the stock want's to move, somebody is knocking it down. Best seen at this Chart.

On the other Hand, I am always a buyer at those low Levels as I feel very optimistic about a positive outcome which would catapult DECN into another league - but despite this the present Situation leaves me somehow confused.

Maybe some should again this article from the Forbes so as to see what Kind of potential DECN could have.
