Hey Guys ! Found This On Yahoo Board....
Any Comments ?.......

The current share price equates to a market cap on a non-diluted basis of $100,000,000, which doesn't seem to depressed to me! BTW, I'm long APDN and I like the company and its med-term/long-term prospects. GL

GL, Your math is correct and the fact that these shares have a more certain outcome over the medium to long term is likely as well. However contemplate this, what is Crede's currency? Let's digress. What could, hypothetically happen, if APDN earned .05 - .10 cents over the next four quarters? Five cents per share at 10 times earnings would be .50 cents, correct !! Or go to the extreme and put .10 cents at 20 times earnings or $2.00. Coming back to Crede, why should Crede sell shares here at open market prices (and kill the golden goose) when there is a distinct possibility that APDN will show some earnings and then Crede can place their shares for a block sale/ transaction to a synergistic company that may want to acquire APDN as a developing cash cow with global banking and military clients, etc.? You made an intelligent comment and deserved a thoughtful response. Please try to keep this message on the board. Good Luck !! Less
