My misunderstanding of your post Geneve, I read it wrong
My opinion is that BHP is not out at all , or at least not all out yet.
And BHP still does have property beside Allana
In the same thought , BHP and Sask Gov. would both benefit
greatly , or at least Sask Gov. wouldn't loose so much if
they would put their hand out and help BHP with Jansen Project.
Sask gov. has much to loose right now with job's and tax income. So much less revenue that could happen with reduction in Potash production and expansions shelved.
As for BHP out of the Ethiopian basin , not yet I believe.
