Tiger Development, LLC  was not aware of Gold Coast Mining’s press release or its statements and appreciates the opportunity to clarify a few items.

 

The State Garfield & Tiger 1-13 was drilled by us to the Richfield formation and is located in Kalkaska County, Michigan.  Yes, it is currently awaiting the completion process.  However, that work may or may not be completed or the well put on line by month’s end.  Should the well become commercial, actual production rates will not be known until several months from now given the variables of equipment installations, flow rates, and other factors involved in putting a well on line. 

 

The lease block in with the State Garfield & Tiger 1-13 is located approximately a mile from where the major Canadian company called Encana is drilling. 

 

Most importantly, Tiger Development, LLC and Gold Coast Mining Corporation have not entered into any agreements, Tiger has received no funds from Gold Coast Mining, and there never has been any contact between the two companies. 

 

The representation is perhaps confused because of  the presence of Bubblin Crude, LLC.  Tiger Development was contacted by the principal of Bubblin Crude during the timeline of raising drilling capital for the State Garfield & Tiger 1-13.  This principal stated that he wanted to purchase a working interest position in the well and had another party in mind for participation on his end.  Tiger subsequently prepared and forwarded an agreement between Tiger Development and Bubblin Crude and an invoice in their name, but the neither the agreement nor funding was returned to Tiger.
