Will HLSH go bankrupt????

I heard their secured bonds are only at .40, which would mean that there is a very high chance they go BR. If this happens, all the common stock will be worthless (see US AIR). What do you all think the chances of this happening are, given the recent info we have on HLSH, its new board, and their recent actions?
