PB, a perhaps better question is who and/or why was there a willing seller this am so low for so small a quant ? 6k US and 7k Toronto shares for a 20+% takedown (US, 14% for the 7k on Toronto).
Both are now back at Wednesday levels, with a fairly strong 223k followed by 65k buy on TSX (and strong for US of late but still anemic 20k).
Looks like someone sees opportunity, or need to support with a few grand.

Really though, the company needs to generate interest. Look at the Reuters "key developments" and track back the history and one has to hunt for NRs in the list that are something other than another placement. Not goood for bringing in new money/interest.
