Basically, I'm saying(said) to buy on first major weakness on the APS promo after it is first announced, which can be within usually 1-3 days. Most of prior picks the lastly year have done that trend. You get your dump initially from insiders & then it will likely ride upward for a couple weeks after that. XUII dropped in May about 2 days after it was announced.
