News on the Ballast Water Treatment Systems coming?

Not sure why this has been running the past few days, and why there was such a tremendous increase in price/volume today.

I know they said in the past few reports that the ballast water treatment system tests were proceeding, that that they expected results in the Fall, so maybe some of that news is leaking out.

Or maybe it has to do with some improvements in China itself.
