A friend of a close friend has a big say in CALSTRS and where they make investments. They were well aware of Peregrine since last year and been told the due diligence that has been read on this board would never be placed by investment managers....simply no time and impossible to track one stock such as this board has. The Fargo like trials are events that they say would never be looked into if it was not for this board and I will go out on a limb and say I would think this board is followed by several other individuals that have the final say whether they invest into Peregrine Pharmaceuticals.....not just ones money but investment funds or pension funds such as in California because I am pretty confident some invested more due to knowing the extreme measures were taken in Fargo.

Imagine running a fund....and not knowing those extreme measures taken in Fargo? they might not invest as much or at all....and wait for confirmation to play it safe.

The difference between waiting to play it safe....vs. buying in at this pps may mean what? losing out in the 1st run up to $10...or $15?

I will sit and wait... and I will play it safe after Peregrine is bought out in the years to come.
