Thanks for reaching out to Paulo. It is a new day for ESFS. Things do not happen overnight or in a few months. It can take many quarters to get new channels working. It is even harder to get a customer to do something a new way. If we were simply selling the same products that were better and cheaper, then sales would start ramping. I hope these guys stay with it long enough to get past the challenges that lie before them. Thanks again. Bck on board as a moderator to help you out.
